Specific language, orientation techniques and asana (postures) are used to encourage choice, empowerment and to harness safety.

Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of deep relaxation that refreshes the body and rejuvenates the mind. This practice is a powerful tool for mental health, reducing stress and enhancing emotional resilience. Yoga Nidra can be transformative, offering you space to release what no longer serves you and make room for peace and clarity.
‘Yogic sleep’, said to be equivalent to three to four hours of sleep – depending on length of the practice. The practice activates delta brainwaves, which are linked to healing and restoration. The rest and digest part of the automatic nervous system is accessed, enabling deep relaxation and rest.
