Emma Charlton
Emma's journey with yoga began 16 years ago in a hot yoga class in Northwest London, an experience that proved to be transformative.
Over the years, she has explored various styles, including Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin Yoga, and many others. In 2018, Emma completed her first yoga teacher training in Hatha yoga and meditation. This practice, which emphasises holding postures for longer periods, encourages a mindful exploration of movement, fostering both mental and physical strength.
Since then, Emma has expanded her expertise by training in Kids and Family Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and is currently halfway through a diploma in Yoga Therapy. Alongside her yoga qualifications, Emma holds a BA in Education and has extensive experience working with children and teenagers in educational settings. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals feel relaxed, grounded, and connected, fostering a greater sense of well-being.
